A typical workflow for a large enterprise marketing campaign is illustrated below. In this example, the Business Manager is using an outside agency for creative and an external hosted ASP as their email delivery provider.




  1. Content optimization with eContent Scorer. The Agency develops the initial creative and emails it to Pivotal Veracity for entry into the eContent Scorer program. Within 30 minutes the Agency receives an email that the process is complete and logs into the pvIQ Enterprise Platform to review the content optimization results. The Agency updates the creative to minimize the risk it will be mislabeled spam and to maximize the messages delivery potential. The Agency then dispatches the completed creative to the Business Manager for approval.

  2. Upload data and content to delivery solution. The Business Manager uploads the creative and the full recipient list, to include the eDelivery Tracker addresses, to the external email delivery vendor as he/she normally does.

  3. Launch campaign. The Business Manager then launches the email campaign through their external email delivery vendor’s hosted software as he/she usually does.

  4. eDelivery Tracker monitors inbox delivery 24x7. Pivotal Veracity continuously monitors the eDelivery Tracker file inboxes. The moment the first email is received, an email alert is dispatched to the Business Manager and whomever else the Business Manager deems appropriate.

  5. Review & analyze eDelivery Tracker performance and results. The Business Manager logs into the pvIQ Enterprise Platform to review comprehensive delivery performance on their campaign. Additionally, the Business Manager allows important stake-holders within the organization to have access to the data. These stake-holders may also log in at any time to view the information and analysis the Business Manager has established that they may view.
