Overview

In a justifiable effort to abate the rising tide of spam, ISPs, corporations, and end-users are applying anti-spam technologies that block, discard, and redirect emails. No anti-spam solution is perfect and legitimate email is being lost in the process. The problem of non-delivery is exacerbated by the problem of non-accountability: once the email passes into the corporate or ISP server, you can no longer trace what happens to it through the standard SMTP based reporting provided by your email software or outsourced email delivery provider.

The problem:
  1. Some portion of your legitimate permission-based email is not reaching the end-user's inbox.

  2. You can not track how much, when, why or where it is being discarded or redirected.

The result:

  1. Your customers are not receiving important service and marketing communications. If these are critical communications such as statements and order or trade confirmations, there are significant brand and retention implications.

  2. You can not identify the scope of the problem because you do not know how much of your mail is being discarded.

  3. You can not take steps to resolve the problem since you do not know where specifically it is occurring. (e.g. is it AOL, Cablevision, is it the End User?)

  4. You do not know when to take action because you do not know when it is occurring.

  5. You do not know why it is happening so you can not avoid it in the future. e.g. is it your creative, your email delivery vendor, or your relationship with your recipients?

  6. If your campaign delivery statistics are inaccurate then your CTR, $/M Mailed, and other statistics that use delivery quantity, may be as well.

The Solution:

eDelivery Tracker fills in these gaps for you, providing a complete accounting of the entire delivery process: What percent of your mail is being delivered verses discarded, what percent of your mail is actually reaching the user's inbox versus redirected to bulk or junk boxes, when and where specifically (e.g. what ISP, webmail provider, cable provider) are the problems occurring and what do you need to do to fix them.

Insight and intelligence that directly empowers you with the competitive advantage.

eDelivery Tracker goes beyond tracking simple delivery statistics. Advanced analytics capabilities arm you with the intelligence you need to optimize delivery not simply identify delivery problems. What day and time are the best for delivery; what campaign types do best; are your email delivery, creative teams or vendors performing, should you alter your communication mix for certain audience categories (e.g. registrants vs. loyal customers), does your in-house solution work better than your outsourced vendor for certain types of campaigns or for certain ISPs, and much more.

Easy to Implement

eDelivery Tracker is a multi-faceted web-based tool that allows you take direct control over delivery tracking and optimization. eDelivery Tracker works independently of but synergistically with your current email delivery solution whether you utilize in-house software or an outsourced email delivery service provider or a combination of both.
