1. Email your content
to Pivotal Veracity.
You email your message content to your unique Pivotal Veracity email account at any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically clients choose to email the content to us in the "test" message phase of their campaign preparation.
2. Automated Scoring & Analysis 24x7.
Upon receipt of the inbound message, the eContent Scorer engine is automatically activated and scores and processes your email message across our full range of anti-spam filters, black lists, DNS checks, etc.
3. Review your results
within 30 minutes.
An email is dispatched to you with summary results and to advise you that the process is complete. Log into our web-based pvIQ Enterprise Platform to view detailed analysis on the email message and specific recommendations for what to change and what to add. Utilize advanced analytics to compare your new message results to previous messages and collaborate on optimization with stakeholders both within and outside your organization.
